Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Product Condition

Items must be in original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.

Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or missing original packaging will not be eligible.

Unboxing Video Requirement

Customers must provide a clear unboxing video as proof in case of damage, missing items, or quality issues. This helps us resolve disputes fairly and transparently.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the return/exchange process.

Refund Policy

Refund Mode

Refunds for prepaid orders will be made to the original mode of payment (UPI, Card, Net Banking, Wallet, etc.).

Refund Timeline
